What to do in Torres del Paine
W Circuit
The most popular crossing, 4 to 5 days linking the Towers, the French Valley and Grey Glacier.

An ice front reached by boat or on foot, with icebergs drifting across the lake.
Salto Grande and Lake Pehoé
Easily reached stops with the classic view of the Cuernos del Paine.

Best time to go
When is the best time to visit Torres del Paine?
November to March is the austral summer, with long days and every trail open, but also the strongest wind. September, October and April have fewer people and less stable weather. Much of the infrastructure closes in winter.
Getting there
How do you get to Torres del Paine?
The nearest airport is Puerto Natales (PNT), with seasonal flights, or Punta Arenas (PUQ), about 3 hours from Natales. From central Natales to the park is another 2 hours. From the Argentine side, El Calafate is a common entry point.
