Terms of Use

1. General Terms

By accessing and using the vpxtravel.com website (the “Platform”), operated by VPX Travel LTDA, registered under CNPJ No. 49.739.419/0001-59 (“VPXtravel”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use our services.

VPXtravel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is the user's responsibility to periodically check for any updates.

2. Services Offered

VPXtravel acts as an intermediary in the sale of tourism services, including but not limited to:

• Accommodation bookings (hotels, guesthouses, hostels and resorts)
• Transfers and ground transportation
• Sightseeing tours and excursions
• Combined travel packages

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and confirmation. The specific terms of each booking, including the cancellation policy, will be provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellation by the customer: Cancellations made more than 48 (forty-eight) hours before the service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booking value, according to the specific policy of the service purchased.

Cancellation by VPXtravel: If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, VPXtravel will offer the customer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Payments

Service prices are stated in Brazilian Reais (BRL) unless otherwise indicated. VPXtravel accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo) in up to 12 installments
• PIX
• Bank transfer

Payment processing is carried out through PCI DSS certified platforms, ensuring the security of transactions.

5. Responsibilities

Of the user: The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process, including personal data, dates and preferences. Incorrect information may result in the service not being provided.

Of VPXtravel: VPXtravel undertakes to provide the services with diligence and professionalism, ensuring the quality of partner suppliers. VPXtravel is not liable for events of force majeure, adverse weather conditions or acts of third parties beyond its control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, layout and source code, is the exclusive property of VPXtravel or its licensors, protected by Brazilian intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Privacy

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).

8. Jurisdiction

The courts of the District of Fortaleza, State of Ceará, are hereby elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms of Use, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
