When is the best time to visit Preá?
The wind season runs from July to January, when the beach draws kitesurfers from around the world. From February to June the wind drops, it rains more and the beach is far emptier.

How do you get to Preá?
About 20 minutes from Jericoacoara along the shore by 4x4, and roughly an hour from Jericoacoara Airport (JJD). From Fortaleza it is about a 5 hour drive to Jijoca and then down to the beach.
