Water clarity is best in the dry season, April to September. From December to March it rains more and downpours can cloud the rivers, sometimes suspending snorkelling on the day.

How do you get to Bonito?

Bonito has an airport (BYO) with seasonal flights. The common route is to fly into Campo Grande (CGR) and drive about 300 km, roughly 4 hours. Every attraction requires a voucher with a set date and time.
